Anti-social behaviour:


Various complaints (ASB 19914) have been made about three of my near-neighbours, acting in concert, but both the Police and the Council are choosing to ignore the issue; in response to advice from Shelter, the housing organisation, I have submitted an official complaint (attached) to the Council, with no response after three months and invoked the 'Community Trigger', again with no response. 



I have made elaborate arrangements to avoid confrontations with my neighbours with a consequential deleterious effect on my lifestyle (even within a national 'lockdown') and possibly on my mental health - after an official complaint, no reply has been received.
